Due to popular demand, Chinese Kung Fu Center senior instructor Jeff Nickel is now available for private lessons in addition to regularly scheduled classes.
Private lessons can be scheduled on Saturdays between noon and 3 p.m. Lessons must be scheduled and paid for at least one week in advance. The school will open 20 minutes before the scheduled start time of your lesson - students are expected to arrive before the lesson to change clothes, stretch and warm up during this time.
Several students have requested private lessons either to make up for missed classes or to receive personalized instruction in particular forms or other aspects of Northern Shao Lin Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan. Each lesson is tailored to the student's specific needs and interests.
Private lessons can be scheduled both by students of the school and by individuals interested in martial arts who are not currently enrolled in regular classes at the Kung Fu Center. Enrolled students can use the sign-up sheet at the school to indicate interest in scheduling a private lesson; details will be confirmed by the instructor. Non-enrolled students interested in private lessons should call the Chinese Kung Fu Center at (414) 933-7355 to discuss options with the instructor.
Students enrolled in regular classes at the Center can schedule private lessons for $40 per 45 minutes; if two enrolled students would like to receive a private lesson together, the cost is $25 per person per 45 minutes. The rate for private lesson students not currently enrolled in regularly scheduled classes is $60 for one person per 45 minute lesson or $35 per person per 45 minutes if two people would like to attend the same lesson. All private lesson fees must be paid at least one week in advance and are non-refundable.
Can't make Saturday afternoons? Interested in a private lesson for three people? Want to know whether you can learn a specific form? Call Jeff Nickel at the Chinese Kung Fu Center, (414) 933-7355 and he will be happy to answer any additional questions you have.
